This article will help you with the initial steps you should take before sending out your proposals.
Firstly, we would advise confirming your Account Settings and Email Settings under the Settings section.
Now we will move on to setting up your Services in Services. We have an article for this that may be of use Here, if you would like your services to scale in cost depending on variables you set, then you can also implement our Scaling Fees
Now you have set up your services, you will need to review your Letters of Engagement in Templates > Letters of Engagement. You can make as many of these as you want; there will be a section for each service you have available that you will need to make sure is populated, we have an article that will go into more detail Here.
When you apply a LoE to a proposal, only the sections for the services your client has will be visible.
If you have our BrightManager software, you can integrate with BrightPropose to pull over your clients automatically. To do this, please follow this integration article.
Other than this, you can add in your client manually in the Clients section. We have an article for this here. You can also add their details during proposal creation.
You should now be ready to send your proposals.
