To add a service to your account navigate to Settings > Services and click the Add Service button at the top right.
You will need to add a name for your service, assign it to a Client Type and add your Service Fee and Billing Frequency. If you are integrated with BrightManager then when creating the service then under the Service Variation section use the BrightManager service drop-down to select the matching service in BrightManager, When the client signs the Proposal this service will be turned on in BrightManager automatically.
You have the option to scale the service fee based on a Field on the client's file, to find out more about adding fields please read our Custom Fields guide. Our Scaling Fees article will show you how to use Custom Fields to scale your proposal fees.
Under the Description section you can add the details of this service and this text will be included in the client's Proposal under the relevant section.
To edit a service navigate to Settings > Services, locate the service on your Services list and click the name of the service, once you have finished editing click Save to apply the changes.
To Delete a service navigate to Settings > Services, locate the service on your Services list and click the trashcan button next to it.
