Custom Fields appear on your client's file and are listed on the Client Variables tab. Custom fields are used to record specific data against each of your clients. You can also use custom fields as variables to scale your service fees.

To add a new Custom field navigate to Services > Custom Fields and click Add Custom Field at the top right. You will need to name your Custom Field and select the Field Type, the options available are:
- Single Dropdown
- Multi Dropdown
- Datepicker
- Currency
- Numeric
- Text (single line)
- Textarea (multiple lines)
- Checkbox
- File
You also have the option to add a description of your Custom Field for your reference.
If you want to edit a Custom Field navigate to Services > Custom Fields, locate the field you wish to edit on your Custom Field list and click the name of the field, when you have edited the field click the Update button to apply the changes.
To remove a Custom Field navigate to Services > Custom fields and locate the field on your Custom Fields list, then click the trashcan button.
