If you have an BrightManager subscription you can navigate to Tools > Propose. To begin your free trial enter your details and you will then receive an email to register your account. Your BrightManager account will then be integrated automatically with your Bright Propose account.
Once integrated, in Propose navigate to Clients and click Add Client. You will then be able to select your existing BM client and add them to your Propose account.
When adding a new client you can either add them to your BrightManager or Propose account and it will transfer between, If you are going to be using your Onboarding task we would advise making it in BM to generate this task, it is recommended at this point to add the deadlines for the proposed services to the client's BrightManager client file. then in Propose navigate to Clients and click Add Client. You will then be able to select this BrightManager client and add them to your Propose account.
When you add an BrightManager client to Propose the following fields will be populated using the data from BrightManager:
When you send your linked client a proposal, the proposal will be added to the client's Timeline in BrightManager, the "Proposal Email Sent" field on the BrightManager client file will also be updated.
Once the Proposal and Letter of Engagement have been signed by the client a copy of these document will also be added to the client's Timeline in BrightManager. A copy of the Letter of Engagement will also be added to the client's LoE tab in BrightManager.
The client file will be moved in BrightManager from your Prospect List to your Client List. The agreed services will be turned on, and if you've added the client's deadlines then the associated tasks will also be generated in BrightManager. The agreed fee for each service will also be added under Services Required.
