Summary

We have recently released a new development which will allow your practice to add additional contacts to your clients and give you control over the individuals you send proposals to, including who is required to sign them.

Additional Contacts

Originally, you were only able to have a Primary and Secondary contact within Propose, we have lifted this restriction to allow you to add as many contacts as you need to your clients while still having a Primary and Secondary.

Proposal Recipients

Though we did have the functionality for users to choose any number of recipients when sending proposals, it wasn’t the most obvious, so we’ve updated the proposal flow to make this more obvious.

When choosing your templates, you will also be able to add the recipients for the proposal. This will be selectable from contacts you have on file for that client.

Multiple Signatures

We have now also opened the option for you to be able to choose which individuals you are sending your proposal to are required to sign the proposal and who just have view-only access.

This should be especially helpful when you need more than one signature or your Primary contact isn't the usual signer.

Selecting between view-only and signature required can be done by using a dropdown next to the client.

New Summary Page

We have also added a new summary page prior to sending off the proposal so you can confirm all the details of your proposal including:

• Client information

• Recipients

• Services

Services Relocation & Packages

We felt that the services and custom fields were hidden away in the settings menu, so we’ve moved them to their own page for easier access and visibility. You can now access these using the ‘Services’ section on the sidebar.

Alongside the move, we’ve also implemented a new feature, Packages. Packages allow you to create a collection of services that will be grouped into a package that you name.

At this moment in time, packages are used to quickly group your services together so you can easily select the services you want to provide to your client at the click of a button. In a future development which will be released in the coming months, you will be able to offer a selection of packages to your clients so they can choose which package best suits their needs, More news on that in the near future!

Update Proposal Creation Flow

With this release, you will notice some changes made to the proposal creation flow, mainly the service selection page. This page has been redesigned in preparation for the packages development which now gives you the ability to select your services manually or choose a package which will automatically add all services attached to that package.

We hope this sleeker design will create faster loading times and less cluster when choosing your services.

The functionality of the services remains in tact, just with a new coat of paint.
