Viewing your proposals
To View all of the proposals you have sent, resend or delete a proposal click Proposals on the left of the page.
Here you will see a list of your proposals, you can filter this view by status to see your draft, sent, accepted, lapsed, ceased or lost proposals.
Creating a proposal
To create a proposal click the Create Proposal button, first you'll need to select the client the proposal is for and which contact it should be addressed to, then click Next.
Then you can select from Proposal Type if the proposal is a new proposal, a renewal or an extra work order. On this page you also need to select the start date and duration, then click Next.
You can then select your services by checking the box next to the service. Once the service is checked you'll have the option to Update Fee, allowing you to update the amount, frequency or payment type relating to this service charge, then click Next. On the left you'll then be able to select the templates you want to use for this proposal.
The first template links to your Proposal Sent Template, the default template will be used, but you can click the Update button to the top right if you wish to make amendments to the email for this particular proposal. You'll then need to select a Proposal template, the default template will be used, but you an click the Update button to top right if you want to amend the template for this particular proposal. Finally you'll need to select your Letter of Engagement template, the default template will be used, but you an click the Update button to top right if you want to amend the LoE for this particular proposal. If you need to create a new template or update an existing one you can find out how to do this by reading our LoE Templates article.
Once selected you can press next, this will take you to the Review & Send step where you will be able to Save, Send or Accept on behalf of client.
Resending a Proposal
To resend a proposal, locate the proposal on your list and click the Actions button on the right and select Resend.
Deleting a Proposal
To delete a proposal, locate the proposal on your list and click the Actions button on the right and select Delete.
Purchasing Credits
To review/edit your subscription, please navigate Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. From here, you will be able to see what subscriptions are available and also see the relevant costs.
Remaining Proposals
To see the number of proposals you have available on your account, please navigate to Settings > Subscriptions, on this page, you will see how many you have.
