The options for Proposal Templates can be found by navigating to Templates > Proposal Templates.
Creating a new proposal template
Click Create template at the top right of the page then select default design you want to start with, if you click the design you'll be able to preview it first, when you're happy with your selection click Create and name your new template.
You can then select the following pages to include in your proposal template:
- Cover Page
- About Us
- Services
- Payment Schedule
- Testimonial Quote
- Case Study
- Team Page
- Summary Page
- Summary Page (Exclude VAT)
- Summary Page (Exclude Service Fees)
- Generic Page
The logos, primary, secondary and tertiary colours used will be your default branding. To find out how to change these defaults read our Branding article.
As you add pages you will be able to preview them by scrolling up and down the screen, at the top of each section you can use the arrow button to change the page order or click the trashcan to remove the page.
You can click the edit button to make changes to the Content and Styles, and click Variables to add a variable to the page that will automatically populate text from the client's file, your account details, your services and your client's contact details:
You can use the Styles tab to adjust the colours, fonts on any page:
You can click Save at any time and either Save as Draft or Save and Publish within the three dots next to Save Changes.
Viewing your proposal templates
To view your current templates navigate to Templates > Proposal Templates. Here you can see all Proposal templates and filter this list.
Editing your proposal templates
First navigate to Templates > Proposal Templates and locate the template you wish to edit, then click the edit button on the right.
Deleting a proposal template
Navigate to Templates > Proposal Templates and locate the template you wish to delete, then click the trashcan button on the right.
