To change the design of your E-Sign portal navigate to Branding > E-Sign Portal Designer. You can preview the adjustment you've made at any time by clicking the Update Preview button at the bottom right of the page.

 

Global

To change the background colour click the Global tab and use the Page Background field. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

You can change the logo at the top of the page and move it's position by clicking Global and using the Logo and Logo Position fields. You can upload the following file types .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .gif, the maximum file size is 2MB:

 

To change the E-Sign Portal text use the Global > Body field. You can change the font and colour of this text using the Body Font fields. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

If you want to pre-populate information to this text you can click Client Variables and field the relevant variable for this information:

 

To change colour behind the document us the Global > Document Background field. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

You can change the colour of the page indicator icons at the bottom of the document using the Global > Indicator Colour field. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

Signing

 

To change the e-sign background colour use the Signing > Background field. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

To change the background colour of the e-sign tab use the Signing > Tab Background colour field. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

To change the colour of the buttons in the e-sign tab use the Signing > Tab Button Styles fields. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

To change the e-sign checkbox style and colour use the Signing > Checkbox Styles field. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

To change the colour of the e-sign field and text use the Signing > Input Styles fields. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

To change the colour and text colour of the e-sign submit button use the Signing > Button Styles field.  You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

Success Page

 

Once your client has signed their document they will be taken to the Success page.

 

To change the background colour on this page use the Success page > Background field. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

To change the colour of the header text, the font and wording use the Success page > Header Font and Success Page Header fields. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

To change the colour of the body text, the font and wording use the Success page > Body Font and Success Page Body fields. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

 

To change the colour of the text at the bottom of this section and the font and wording, use the Success page > Misc Font and Success Page Misc fields. You can manually add a hex code or click this field to choose a colour using the colour picker:

When you are happy with your design click Save at the top of the page to save the changes.
